Reel less, effortless cycle, high fabric quality
High temperature high pressure dyeing machine designed with no reel and effortless fabric circulation cycle, the fabric is carried into the nozzle with the most effective position and hence the lowest fabric tension. No reel friction and no reel tension on the fabric, achieving the highest fabric quality.
Hybrid design
The upper guiding pipe is designed with effortless flow and combined with pros of down flow guiding pipe, hence called Hybrid. Allows fabric to flow easily into the nozzle (low nozzle pressure) and the fabric is traveled through a guiding pipe fully submerged in water in a relaxed position, increasing the quality of dyeing.

Save energy and resources
Lowest liquor ratio design; greatly reduce the requirement for water treatment, cooling water, steams, chemicals, dyestuffs and electric power. No piping required, which increase the flow efficiency, because the flow loss due to friction in the pipe is reduced. Liquor ratio is 1:4~6.
Special pump design
Pump is centrifugal type with high lifting head and large flow rate. The pump is integrated with the flow directional valve. No extra piping required, hence lower liquid ratio. Also reduces the flow cycle period, high exchange rate between yarn and the dyestuffs. Hence high even color shade.
